New year, New challenges, The same goal.
We look forward to new, from improving your fabulous Victory NSS car to the latest “official” racing shirts of the Victory NSS series. God has built in all of us the joy of new.
We learn from the past (winners and learners), apply to the present while we plan for the future.
Before I go any farther, I would like to thank each and every one of you for the prayers and support after our daughter’s accident. Nothing short of a miracle, she is progressing well and we pray in faith for her complete healing. Glory to God!
A new year comes with new challenges. The timers are all reset to 0 (congrats on being tied for first place) and the exciting schedule laid out for 2017. Chris has done such a good job, he took a vacation…
The challenge before you all, prepare to bring your best. Bring your best mechanical combo, your best physical and mental conditioning and your poor spirit…
What?
Matthew 5:3, " Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." Opposed to the spiritually proud and the just who need no repentance, the poor are blessed that find their need, value and faith in the Lord.
We all have the same goal in life, to complete the race.
Paul states in 1 Corinthians 9:24, "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize."
For the believer, heaven is the eternal prize.
May the Lord bring you strength in this new year, guide you through all its challenges and bring you success in your goals.
It is an honor to serve. I have accepted the appointment of North Central Regional Director for Team RFC to take up after our friend Glenn Kreider. Lord willing, we will see you down the quarter mile.
Be blessed and be a blessing,
Chaplain KSW
