ell, I got the ECD (engine containment device better known as diaper) on and there it is. Its like a "bag" for the oil pan with kevlar flaps going up the sides of the block. This thing really came out nice and in the next post you can see how he notched the ECD for the notch in the pan for the center link. It has some straps on it and really fits. It will make oil changes a little longer gang, but nothing is coming out of there. You can't really see it from above, so it doesn't disturb the looks of the engine at all. Thanks Dennis at DRE!!!!!

Dennis and DRE are another great addition to the Victory Family. Please go to enginediapers.com for your containment needs and tell Dennis that Victory NSS sent you! Looks great Tom, you will sleep better knowing it is there. See you at Cordova. Chris

Give Dennis a call, he can make it work. He told me that he has done more than a 100 stock and super stock mopars and they work fine. He has done more custom applications than anyone out there.

That is a nice looking piece! tom how much clearance did you have between the pan and tie rod? Does it rub the diaper now?

That is a nice looking piece! tom how much clearance did you have between the pan and tie rod? Does it rub the diaper now? I had made a notch in the pan about an inch deep and never mentioned it when I submitted the info to DRE. He noticed it and I sent some pics with a ruler next to the pan, from a couple of different angles. I had about an inch of clearance before, I have about .750 now. This was a custom install, and it fits like a glove on that pan. I think all of the cars I have had with big blocks, I always have had a tight fit on that center link. I know it goes on two ways, with one way more clearance than the other, but I will notch every pan that I use.
