You have to do that with an external program....if you are in windows, use Microsoft paint...open pic in paint and on the menu there is a command " resize picture"

My favorite program for cropping and fixing color, and changin file sizes is Irfan View. www.irfanview.com/Makes a great viewing program as well. The only thing I would caution you on is when you download it from one of the many sites out there make sure you don't click on any extra programs or tool-bar add ons that aren't part of the program. Click on this link: www.techspot.com/downloads/299-irfanview.htmlThen Click on the download button. Then wait and after a few seconds a pop up window will open for you to save the program to your computer. -Dave -Dave

I finally got to the micro soft version and was able to get thru it on one pic. I think! Don't think it does it for all of the pics. or future ones! It's going to be a pain if it has to be done every time. I'll just keep doing it by sending pics. to a persons e/m ! Thanks for the info gtsDave
