It's been discussed working in a Gambler's race whenever time and track allows. I think it would be a good thing if possible. We are usually always guaranteed 2 time runs on Friday night, weather and track oil downs permitting. Is there anything we can do with those Friday night time runs to make them more fun, or more interesting ? I won't mention sharpening racing skills, since that opened up a bag of snakes last time. I know that other group members and new people interested in racing with us, have looked at Victory, and have really noticed how well we all get along, have fun, help each other, and we all know how to eat. That's why we keep getting new members. Let's up the fun level if possible. I got tired of the cut throat bracket racing many years ago and quit. I got in Victory to enjoy racing again, and do it with neat old cars. Whether I win or lose, go fast or go slow, I'm enjoying it, and a bunch of great friends. We are Victory NSS (Family) !!!!

Ahoy there captain George ( aka the Polara pirate ) I think you have made a valid point or two or maybe three. Racing with Victory NSS is sure a lot more fun and a lot less stressful than bracket ( cut your throat ) racing. I can't imagine why you gave that up? Seriously if for just a minute if nothing more, racing and spending a weekend with this group is like a mini vacation once a month and every now and then we get to race our cars against each other. Now I ask you , what could be better ? Adopt the phrase, Who has more fun than us ? I saw this on a bunch of tee shirts years ago at some track some where I can't remember where it was but it stuck with me. Victory tee shirts ? Who has more fun than us . Available at the Victory tent. What a great way to promote US . Victory NSS . Good idea ? Bad idea ? Let me know what ya think. Bill.

A good idea there Bill! Money from the sales could help defray some expenses! Like meals, gas money for bringing equipment maybe trl. or cart rental for same to the races. Just an idea!

Some great ideas. Lets see what we can do once we figure out how to turn on and off the lights on this "thing". Keep 'em coming.

I really like the idea of DVDs of our group. Kevin Hunt (dragindart) made some DVDs of us running and they are really great! I would like to see this expand. Maybe a whole season, or race by race. By the way, those DVDs are available from Kevin if you call him. His phone number is at the end of his videos on YouTube.

Great idea, we don't get to see how the first round goes live, or other rounds if you are still in. Bob Moser's son takes videos when they are there. I think a full season of videos would be like a mini-series Jerry vs the Mopars.

While were talking about the new 2020 racing season and all the changes,, we touched on promoting our product ( Victory NSS ) not sure who on the board
would be responsible for this part of it but it's been brought up in the past about having a currant up to date web page. I've told friends of mine to check us out on
the web and they asked me why is the information regarding current events or recent races so out of date? Here's just another way for us to promote ourselves.
We can't rely on Drag Racing on Line to do it. All though when they do report one of our races lets face it they do a great job. Here's another thought. The last time I
looked around the starting line I see Dennis Mothershed taking a lot of pictures. How bout if we put some of those pictures on our web site with a short caption
below it. Lets face it a lot of people look around on the net. Just my 2 cents worth. Have a great weekend everybody.

One thing to think about, if Victory ads T shirts to sell, maybe Dvds, etc., plus hauling the usual posters, stickers, hats and shirts, who is going to do that, not to mention if Victory wants to have the group meal under EZ ups with lights, who will haul all that ? Chris spoiled us, you'll have to admit. I think a good addition would a flyer or something like that to hand out to interested people on how to join and get started racing Victory Nostalgia Super Stock. I get asked a lot, what does it take to join, and what does it cost. Maybe Dennis D. could get a used Penske Box Truck to haul all the stuff in, put huge Victory signs on it, already the right color.
