We are getting close! Remember, there is no need to get there Thursday unless you want to. Also, the Gates do not open on Friday until Noon. We will not run until 5:00 on Friday. We will park together up front, next to the Nitro Funny Cars. Clay or I will park you, wait for us to park. You must be at track by 10:00 am on Saturday. We will have an important Drivers Meeting at 10:30 am. Our Final Qualifier will be at 2:00 pm. We then will start the Show at 5:00 with first round of Eliminations! You can camp at track on Friday and Saturday night. We will have a Pizza Party in the Victory Pits after our 7:30 Qualifier on Friday. Those of you running the DDC two weeks later can leave your rigs at track. Don't worry about the weather, it changes every 15 minutes. This is an all paved facility with a great crew and equipment. We are also part of the Big Show and will receive preference, we will race! Call with any questions, SEE YOU THERE!

Doc doesn't want me in car for two weeks, so the plan now is to ride along with the munchkin , crew on the critter and generally get in the way

Hooked up and pulling out in a few minutes. Weather worries me some, but we are going anyway heheheh. Fugly tagging along to spread his brand of fun. I hope he brought bail money......

Just got home. Great weekend of racing with a great group of friends. There was a lot happening in a 24 hour period, this fat boy is wore slick! I have to do some Mother's Day duties now but will give a full update later. Very cool show at Gateway, glad we were part of it. Too bad the weather scared some people away, turned out to be beautiful. Still had an awesome race with 30 good cars. I had a lot to do and couldn't have done it without Fugly's help, thanks Buddy! Don't get used to hearing compliments from me though.  Wally and Clay had a great finals, both were deserving a win, but Wally came out on top. Congrats to Wally Krueger on your first Victory NSS Win, I bet it is not your last. Thank you to all that made this event so cool. More later, Blowfish out.  |
