Well, What's everyone doing to their cars this off season? Myself I'm going to freshen up the ole girl! Building a new engine the block is done in! Too many years of racing on it. Going to go thru the trans. No problems just checking it out. Sending the convertor back to Coan to make sure it's ok! Thinking about going to a 4.250 crank if I can find a good used one! Don't want to spend the bucks for a new one! I've got my AWB project to get together and running this spring! Ok lets here what everyone else is doing to theirs BTW if any one knows of a good 4.250 crank for sale? I'd like to hear about it!

So you are getting a better motor? Well, I ....
Actually today I was digging around to see what I had to drill and tap my axels for 5/8 studs too. And, it turns out, got everything. Now just gotta order the studs. Who makes the best?

Tom. always better, maybe a couple extra CI. Stud kit I got was from Strange-A1038--1.188 shank with the .438 washer. All depends on wheel mount. It was a nice kit.

It was 1.188, I have a .250 spacer and then with thickness of rim it worked out to be the closest fit. Shank extends outside of rim about .150, add washer, all good. did not need to open wheel stud hole.
