Wind of Change
With all the political “wind” of late, I thought you would like this piece from the 60’s….
The "Wind of Change" speech was a historically significant address made by British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan to the Parliament of South Africa, on 3 February 1960 in Cape Town. The speech signaled clearly that the Conservative-led British Government intended to grant independence to many of these territories, which indeed happened subsequently, with most of the British possessions in Africa becoming independent nations in the 1960s.
Macmillan said:
“The wind of change is blowing through this continent. Whether we like it or not, this growth of national consciousness is a political fact”

For some, the wind of change means hunting clothes, deer stands and deer scent…
For some, the wind of change means the off season, routine maintenance, repairs and upgrades (please post those upgrades).
But I think I can speak for most of you, with just a week or two off, we’re ready to pack our bag, hitch the trailer and head out to the next race. But the seasons change, the wind blows and the white stuff will soon replace the rain and did I mention the shadows growing longer quicker now? Just wait for the time change
James 1:17Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
God gives good and perfect gifts. Although change is hard, take a minute and give thanks for all He’s done this season.
I cannot express how thankful we are to call you family, NSS style!
Though 2017 may bring some change, may you continue to enjoy the blessings of our Lord. For Christ is still King!
