Us kids were able to obtain the only set of HEMI Chevy 348-409 heads for Dad and Moms anniversary. We were able to track them down as they were in Smokey Yunick collection of rare one off GM parts.
These heads flow 2 times better than any Mopar Hemi heads.....and yes they fit within the rules!!....LOL...Mopar lovers...remember Chevy had a Hemi head back in 1959...so I guess you could say Mopar copied the design....

Where to begin...... First, as I recall, Chrysler had Hemi Heads on production cars a wee bit prior to 1959. Second, if these Heads actually flowed twice as much as a 426, Pops would have to be sponsored by "Depends" to take care of the outcome. Third, as Russ said, whats up with the plugs under the heads? Is this a Bow-tie version of a 16 plug head? Finally, the only thing around Kuensterville that flows more than a "Real Hemi" is the hot air out of a certain Cheese Head! Happy Anniversary Pops, we still love you!!!!!!!!! Carry on......... Blowfish out P.S. Hey Kuenster Boys, why don't you buy Pops something good for his Anniversary, like a MOPAR

It was really nice to see everyone, had a great time. Tour of Catfish Charlie's shop was interesting. Russ, I don't think Charlie's Dad threw anything away either, That big fan and steering wheel are older than Charlie !!!! I think the steering wheel serial # was negative 2. Was really nice of The Kids to put that on.
Catfish: I look like a pirate ? AAAAAARRRRRRR Matey!! Those CHEMI covers, somebody has way too much time on their hands.
