This could be interesting for everybody. Are you racing your dream car now, or do you have a dream car you would like to race that would fit the Victory rules ? I would guess for example Tom H. would be and is racing a 63 Plymouth Sport Fury. Maybe if you have a dream car, somebody out there might just know of one for sale somewhere. I am not a brand hater, so I would race anything, even a Chevy, Jerry. I like my old 64 Dodge, so will be racing it until whenever, BUT, would sure like to be in an early 60's Pontiac Catalina or Grand Prix, as in 421 SD style.

I guess I'd have to say my 65 Dodge AWB that's been a way too long project! But it won't fit in N/SS anyway!

I myself will be building another ford, or as Bill stated a (turd). I’ve been putting together my buddies Nova and besides everything you buy for it fits ( unlike an old ford ) doesn’t really get me excited like an old Ford. I do own a Plymouth but I’ll stick to racing a Ford.

Been racing my 64 dodge since 1993. My problem is getting enough money out of my car to build another one. But money aside, a 1968 Hemi Barracuda would be my dream car. If rules were a little different, years ago I had a 1966 altered wheelbase cuda with a fuel injected gen one Hemi, and I thought it would be neat to build another one. I really like some of the Pontiacs as well.

Well I'm going to answer this a couple of different ways, #1 Dream race car to drive, 73 Ply Duster Mopar Missile tribute car , obviously won't conform to Victory rules.
#2 64 Ply Savoy post sedan car set up and painted the same as the 65 Ply we race now as a "Team Car"
#3 I'm driving a dream every time I bring it to the line. I've waited a life time to do what we do . God Bless all of us so we all get through this mess.

We are lucky we can play with the toys we have, that is for sure. Whoa, having a "team" car, that would be so cool. My dream car is a 62 Plymouth. But mine is a street car that I used to race. Its a pretty nice car and I thought at the time I finished it, and was racing it in trophy, that I should get another car that is just race. That is when my 63 Plymouth came into view, and I do love it. But I like a lot of cars. Just lucky to have a street and a race version. This is a '66 440 0.060 over, 10:1 motor, 452 (my ported) heads, with a .484 lift mopar cam, Tarantula manifold with cheap headers. In really good weather it ran 12.147 at +111 mph at Rock Falls two years ago. And this is totally stock body with no light weight stuff at all, full stock interior. Attachments:
