Thanks Robert! Its fun to help others. I haven't updated anything here as the car is just sitting. Racing season, you know. In another month or so we'll start back in on the car. Won't take much to finish.

Well, it seems things are taking 5 times longer than they should here, don't know why. Door panels needed "tuning" to fit. There is 40 parts to a consul on these cars (you think I am exagerating, I'm not). Carpet fit good, but lots of time sneaking up on the trimming of it (if you've done this you know how easy it is to guess wrong and cut too much). Just a bunch of little things. Can't find my inner splash panel, right side. Couldn't find the little special caps and screws that hold the dash vent down, took them out of my son's parts car. Go to put the glove box liner in, oh, there they are. Oh, got to take the door back off to put the liner in. Next its put the heater hoses in. They go all over the place. Don't think I will like the looks, but whatever. On it goes.

Well, I finally got my phone to send pictures to my computer again. So, here is the engine compartment. I am not going to put on the chock cables as I just don't like the looks of them. I don't really care for those heater hoses either, but I got so much effort into restoring the heater box and controls I thought I should "use" them. Oh, I'll get a real radiator cap as well. That one is really ugly. BTW, have you tried to find a radiator cap lately, one that looks stock? I also made some aluminum (painted black) heat shields for the exhaust manifolds. They just push in and out of there so I can remove them if I show the hood open. I just love those real air cleaners. Attachments:

Tom, If you're not going to use the chock cable set up and would like to sell them get back to me! Mine are junk after setting under flood water for over two months! Give me a call! Steve
